The Town of Los Gatos proposes to construct 32 apartment units and approximately 58 parking spaces on the 1.58 acre project site, located at the southern terminus of the Dittos Lane cul-de-sac. The subject property consists of one Town-owned parcel (APNs: 529-29-034) situated between College Avenue to the south and the Los Gatos Creek Trail and Highway 17 freeway to the north. Access to the project site is available from East Main Street via Maple Lane and Dittos Lane.
