Document Description
West Coast Recycling Group LLC proposes to develop and operate a scrap metal shredding and export facility at the Port of West Sacramento. The project would require approval of a conditional use permit from the City and a ground lease from the Port Development of the project site would include installation of shredder equipment, sorting equipment, office and warehouse buildings, truck scales, a stormwater detention pond, and an electrical substation and associated power poles. The project would also include a new main entrance to the Port.
