Document Description
The project is limited to: 1) installing an approximately 6-ft tall and 400-ft long wood material fence within the riparian corridor, along a minimum distance of 30 ft upslope from the top of bank, 2) installing a 10-ft wide asphalt bicycle/pedestrian path along approximately 400 linear ft immediately north of the riparian fence, and 3) implementing a riparian enhancement plan. CDFW is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0013-3 pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, William Thompson.
