- Request to construct a 48-unit residential condominium project at 1701 D Street Alley. The condominiums will be included in three separate "U-shaped" buildings which include two and three story elements. There will be 18 two bedroom units ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,500 square feet; 6 two-bedroom plus den units of 1,700 square feet; and 24 three-bedroom units ranging from 1,400 to 1,500 square feet. Each unit will have a two-car garage. Additionally, the project will have 7 guest parking spaces on site and will create a total of 26 new public street parking spaces along California Boulevard and D Street Alley. The project also includes a paved bicycle' pedestrian path adjacent to Napa Creek consistent with the City of Napa's master bicycle trail plan.
