Document Description
The proposed project consists of implementing a DTSC approved Final Removal Action Workplan (RAW). The RAW outlines soil removal, confirmation sampling, and backfilling of excavated soil. The RAW also requires The Learner Company entering into a Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Agreement with DTSC that will outline a groundwater monitoring program for the site. The property owner of the site, the Port of Stockton, will record a Land Use Covenant for the site to ensure that future use of the property remains commercial/industrial.
