1) Resolution for General Plan Amendment GPA08-008 to amend the General Plan land use designation of a 5.0+- acre parcel from LI (Light Industrial) to GC (General Commercial) and two parcels totaling 9.8+- acres from HI (Heavy Industrial) to GC. 2) Ordinance for Zone Change RZ08-027 to rezone the 14.8+- acre project site from M-1 (Light Industrial) to C-1 (General Commercial) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. 3) Conditional Use Permit CUP08-019 to allow the construction of the Big Oak Flat Village Center consisting of the following improvements: six buildings totaling 48,000sf of retail space, a 17,400+-sf motel/cabin complex (consisting of 16 cabins and a six-guest room inn with an office); a three-island (12-pump) fueling station; a 250,000 gallon water tank; and associated parking, lighting, landscaping, and roadway improvements.
