Document Description
The applicant proposes to remove the existing gangway and floating dock, construct a new fixed wood pier and walkway at a maximum height of 10 MLLW, rebuild the existing gangway landing, and install two new boat lifts. The total existing amount of fill from the piles, floating dock, gangway, and gangway landing is a calculated area of 249.42 sf. The project proposes fill from one existing pile which could be removed or remain, a new wood pier, new walkway, and rebuilt walkway landing for a calculated area of 265.64 sf. The project also proposes fill and/or indirect shading from the two new boat lifts, three boat lifts supports, and watercraft for an additional shaded area of 75.25 sf.
