Document Description
A digital message board double faces pole sign located on City of Rohnert Park property between the Commerce Boulevard right-of-way and Highway 101 right-of-way. The proposed sign would be a monopole V-shaped structure. The sign face would measure 14 feet by 48 feet and the height of the sign face would be 48 feet and the monopole would extend two (2) above the sign face for a total height of 50 feet. One (1) foot below the sign face would be a 3 foot 9 inch by 20 foot interior illuminated panel with the name "City of Rohnert Park". Below the City of Rohnert Park panel would be the round City seal 7 feet high. The digital billboard will be equipped with a light sensor that automatically adjusts the brightness as the ambient light changes, night or day.
