The proposed project consists of a message center sign located on the east side of Hwy 101 adjacent to Commerce Boulevard in the vicinity of State Farm Drive. The sign would consist of a 19 foot by 28 1/2 foot double faced electronic panel. Total height of the sign would be 50 feet.
