A single family residence with attached garage (approximately 3,704 sq. ft.) is proposed on Parcel 1, with grading quantities of 1,109 cubic yards of cut and 1,508 cubic yards of fill. Development on Parcel 2 consists of a single-family residence with attached garage (approximately 4,274 sq. ft.) with grading quantities of 600 cu. yards of cut and 550 cu. yards of fill.
