Document Description
The County of Colusa Housing Element Update would revise the County's Housing Element consistent with the requirements of state law. The Housing Element identifies the County's housing goals and policies, as well as the programs the County has plans to implement through 2014. The Background Report summarizes existing conditions, describes the regulatory framework and constraintes relevant to housing, and inventories existing resources available for housing, including available sites under the adopted General Plan and zoning designations.
