Document Description
The request is for a four-parcel residential land division with a forty-acre remainder parcel. Three of the proposed parcels would range from 2.59 acres to 3.03 acres in size. The fourth proposed parcel would be 27.76 acres. Grading will be required in order to pave the access road serving the proposed parcels. Digging, trenching, and backfilling in the access road right-of-way would be necessary for the installation of a fire hydrant(s) and waterlines as needed to comply with development standards.
