The proposed project consists of two components: (1) the construction of an approximately 17,395sf building for the PSU office and treatment space; and (2) the construction of a new 50-space parking lot. The proposed project would not increase the inmate population at CSP SAC. Facility staffing would increase by up to 115 new employees, increasing total staff at CSP SAC from 1,760 to approximately 1,875. New employees would work between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
