- NOTE: Review per Lead The applicant is proposing to construct an off-site, double sided, 300sf advertising billboard sign adjacent to Highway 29, approximately one-half (0.5) mile south of the City of Lakeport and within the City's Sphere of Influence. The parcel is developed with existing commercial buildings and paved parking areas. The sign would not affect the current usage and would be placed within the northwest corner of the parking lot. The sign is in substantial conformance with Section 21-45.22 of the Zoning Ordinance however final approval is contingent upon the billboard complying with the Caltrans Outdoor Advertising Act and the Planning Commission's approval of the site. The proposed billboard sign will have indirect lighting and an overall height of 30 feet.
