The project would be served by public water and on-site septic systems. The following design waiver has been requested: (1) Reduced right of way for the on-site access road to 30 feet. A reduction in the wetland setback from 50 feet to 10 feet for and on-site road in accordance with the Interim Interpretive Guidelines for El Dorado County General Plan policy 7.3.3.4 adopted June 22, 2006.
