Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction of a 3,500 sf, 1-story, freestanding fast food restaurant with a 14-car stacking drive-through lane and outside seating for 24 persons. The proposed restaurant facility would be constructed in the currently vacant and undeveloped southern portion of the project site and would share the site and parking lot with an existing Black Angus sit-down restaurant. The proposed project also would include demolition of a vacant 3,080 s.f. commercial/retail building on the northwestern portion of the site, together with portions of the existing parking area. The applicant is also proposing to reconfigure five existing parcels (seven legal parcels) into two parcels at the site - one parcel to contain the In-N-Out Restaurant and the other parcel to contain the Black Angus Restaurant.
