Document Description
NOTE: Review per Lead The project includes a proposed new In N Out Burger restaurant facility (UP 10-004 and DP 10-001), consisting of a 3,750sf eating and drinking establishment land use that includes a drive-through facility and a 32-seat outdoor eating facility. Note: a Lot Line Adjustment is proposed in association with the project, that will be processed by the Zoning Administrator and City Engineer, which would consolidate five existing contiguous parcels into two legal parcels. The proposed lot line adjustment would result in a 1.05-acre parcel, on the south side, to be developed with a new In N Out Burger facility and one 1.5-acre parcel, on the north side, to be occupied by the existing Black Angus Restaurant facility. The approximate 2.55-acre project site is located on the southwest corner at the intersection of Oak Park Blvd. and North main Street. The property is zoned RB Retail Business District.
