Replace the existing 56-bed juvenile hall with a new 90-bed Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility located adjacent to the east of the existing facility. The new facility consists of a 47,000 sq ft building, outdoor recreation area, parking lots, and landscaping, on ~ 4.7 acres.
