- The El Dorado County 2010-2030 Regional Transportation Plan (2010-2030 RTP) was developed by the EDCTC to document the policy direction, actions and funding recommendations intended to meet El Dorado County's short- and long-range transportation needs over the next 20 years. The 2010-2030 RTP is designed to be a blueprint for the systematic development of a balanced, comprehensive, multi-modal transportation system.
