NOTES: Review Per Lead Application to the CPUS for construction of safety improvements for a consolidated public at-grade pedestrian/bicycle and maintenance crossing of Union Pacific Railroad tracks, Safety improvements include ten foot-wide, fifty-foot-long strips of concrete along the track, thirty by thirty foot asphalt approaches on either side of the tracks, guardrails, gates, signals, and fencing along the edges of the railroad corridor for sight distance.
