- Document Description
- The Program is an update to the previous water master plan, reflecting changes in supply and demands based on actual growth and build-out patterns. The program recommends an updated Capital Improvement Program to address existing deficiencies in the water supply and delivery infrastructure and provide for planned future growth. These improvements are to be implemented in 4 phases over the next 25+ years. In total, the program includes 15 pipeline projects, 2 storage tanks, 4 well projects, and several program-related studies.
