Document Description
The Town of Windsor is proposing the implementation of the capital improvements program identified in the 2009 Draft Water master plan Update (WMP Update). The WMP Update describes the Town's water system's existing capacity for storage and delivery and ability to meet operation and design criteria at future buildout. In order to ensure that the water delivery system continues to reliably deliver sufficient water for existing and future customers, three types of improvements are proposed: new facilities, existing facility improvements, and program studies. The constructions of improvements are proposed in 4 phases beginning in 2011 and continuing through anticipated buildout by 2040.
