- The proposed Project represents an expansion of the existing Walmart store. The Project involves a total expansion of 22,272 sf on the east side of the building, resulting in an ~153,399 sf store, including ~28,036 sf of a grocery sales area and new entry vestibule. The Project involves the demolition of the existing Garden Center and Tire and Lube Express facility that is currently located on the east side of the existing Walmart building, adjacent to Van Buren Boulevard.
