Document Description
The Administrative Office of the Courts proposes to acquire property from the County of Kings, construct a new 3 story 12 courtroom courthouse (with a basement) and associated parking; and operate the facility to serve the Superior Court of California, County of Kings. The proposed project includes a surface parking lot with 360 parking spaces, a secure parking area for judicial officers and Superior Court managers, addition of a traffic signal to the 12th Avenue/Liberty Street intersection. After completion of the proposed courthouse, the Superior Court will vacate the existing Hanford Court buildings and Lemoore Courthouse.
