Document Description
General Plan Amendment and Community Plan Amendment to change the current land use designation from industrial/business park to regional commercial/residential prohibited, Rezone from IP-2-1 to CR-2-1 (residential prohibited), Vesting Tentative Map, Planned Development Permit, and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) (for a proposed theater use) to develop the 34.36 gross acres project site with a mixed-use development comprised of commercial office space, commercial retail space, and a movie theatre. A Street Vacation would also be required to vacate a portion of Scripps Gatewat Court. In addition to new development, the proposed project includes existign development that is occurring on the project site in accordance with existing/previous project approvals, including an approved CUP, PLanned Industrial Development (PID) Permit, PLanned Development Permit (PDP) (CUP/PID No. 99-1027; CUP No. 174323/PDP No. 174234 Extension fo Time). The project is located within the Miramar Ranch North community, and is partially addressed at 10137 Scripps Gateway Court, San Diego, CA 92131 and located generally at the southeast quadrant of Interstate 15 (I-15)/Scripps Poway Parkway (Lots 1-6, 8, 10 and 11; Scripps Gatewat Unit #2; Map #14004).
