Note: Extended Review The proposed project is a Tentative Tract Map application to subdivide an existing 3,951-acre property into 13 lots ranging in size from 160 acres to 605 acres. Each lot would have a residential development envelope (RDE), within which all future residential development would be confined, including all residential accessory development. Agricultural structures, including agricultural worker dwellings, would be located outside the RDEs.
