Document Description
A development plan application to allow the demolition and replacement of the existing two-story, 41,724sf medical office building and associated infrastructure with a new two-story, 52,000sf medical office building and associated infrastructure. The development plan includes a request for modifications to the setback, parking, height, and landscaping standards of the Article lll, Inland Zoning Ordinance. Additional development plan elements include landscaping, utilities, and drainage improvements. Project grading would involve 112 cubic yards of cut and 1,417 cubic yards of fill.
