Project implementation will necessitate the approval of the following discretionary actions: (1) Vesting Tentative Tract Map; (2) Development Agreement; (3) Approval in Concept for a Coastal Development Permit; (4) Transfer of Development Rights; and (5) Planned Community Text adoption.
