- A Request by Zion Properties for a Minor Use Permit to allow Temporary Events on an existing developed site. The applicant is requesting to hold the temporary events within an existing 2,560sf horse barn and immediately adjacent outside area in which a 1,600sf portable tent would be erected during events. The proposed Temporary Event Program would include 20 special events as follows: 20 special events with no more than 150 guests The project will not result in any additional disturbance on the 40 acre parcel.
