The applicant is requesting to hold the temporary events within an existing 2,560sf horse barn and immediately adjacent outside area in which a 1,600sf portable tent would be erected during events. The proposed Temporary Event Program would include 20 special events as follows:
20 special events with no more than 150 guests
The project will not result in any additional disturbance on the 40 acre parcel.
