- Request by Fred and Melody Burbank for a Minor Use Permit to allow construction of a 17,723sf two story winery to include the following: 6,000sf processing area, 1,180sf tasting room, 960sf tasting room deck, 208sf kitchen, 1,420sf office/lab, 5,330sf storage vaults/caves, and 2,625sf of covered crush and press area, with production of up to 10,000 cases annually. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 33,500sf (0.77 acres) on an 83 acre parcel. The project will result in 5,700 cubic yards of cut and 400 cubic yards of fill. The excess spoils materials will remain on site. The applicant requests a waiver of the minimum 200 foot setback to property line requirement to allow 152 feet (eastern side setback).
