The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-52712-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Theresa Sims/San Bernardino County Flood Control District. The project is limited to the routine maintenance of Maple Lane Drainage. This road-adjacent drainage is an earthen channel that contains no levee and no adjacent access roads. Routine maintenance activities will be limited to the following: Obstruction Removal, Minor As-Needed Repairs, Vegetation Management, Chain link fence repairs, and Graffiti removal.
