Document Description
CDFG is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2012-0170-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant: San Bernardino County Department of Public Works, represented by John Schatz, 825 E. Third Street, San Bernardino, CA 92415. The Project is limited to the installation of 1,230 linear feet of a 48-inch pipe and 100 feet of a 24-inch pipe within the drainage ditch east of Maple Lane and reconstruction of drainage swale over the pipe to allow capturing locally generated storm flows; the construction of a 600-square foot velocity splash pad comprised of 1-ton ungrouted rock rip-rap located at the outlet of the 48-inch pipe and construction of four 100-square foot energy dissipating 1/4-ton ungrouted rock rip rap splash pads at various stages along the channel; the construction on the west side of Maple Lane of an approximately 60 linear feet oversize drain and capture of a 0.5-acre earthen detention basin near the southwest corner of Maple Lane and State Route 38; and the construction of a 2,680 linear feet, 6-foot wide dirt sidewalk and the widening of Maple Lane a maximum of 10 feet to smooth and straighten a curve along the eastern edge of Maple Lane.
