NOTES: Review Per Lead Drainage and roadway improvements to: 1) remediate erosion-related undermining of the east side of Maple Lane and incisement of the east side drainage channel; 2) alleviate nuisance flooding on the west side of Maple Lane from upstream flows generated off-site; and 3) provide safer pedestrian passage along Maple Lane, from Big Bear Boulevard to Big Bear High School. The Project would include the construction of approximately 2,000 linear feet of drainage improvements, affecting approximately 1,740 linear feet of an ephemeral drainage channel, and 2,680 linear feet of sidewalk, with minor roadway improvements, for a total area of impact of approximately 3.4 acres.
