Note: Review per lead The County of San Bernardino Department of Public Works (District) has proposed street improvements along a 1550' stretch of Pipeline Avenue from Chino Avenue just north of Biscanye Road in the unincorporated area of Chino. Improvements include: widening the west side of Pipeline Avenue, removing and relocating fences and some utilities; addition of one southbound land; construction of sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, and driveway approaches.
