Document Description
A Development Plan application for the construction of a new 1-story 6,018sf office building is proposed. Two drive-up teller stations are proposed as part of its operation. Parking and driveway access would be shared with the property to the north and east (the Storke-Hollister Research Center). Preliminary earthwork quantities are estimated at 320 yards of cut and 380 cubic yards of fill. Reclaimed water would be used to irrigate onsite landscaping. The following are also proposed: 1) A General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of the property from Intersection Commercial (C-1) to Office and Institutional (I-OI); A Rezone of the property from CI (Highway Commercial) to PI (Professional & Institutional); 3) A Lot Line Adjustment to increase the size of the project parcel to 35,723sf.
