A Development Plan application for the construction of a new 1-story 6,018sf office building is proposed. Two drive-up teller stations are proposed as part of its operation. Parking and driveway access would be shared with the property to the north and east (the Storke-Hollister Research Center). The following are also proposed: 1) A General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of the property from Intersection Commercial (C-1) to Office and Institutional (I-OI); A Rezone of the property from CI (Highway Commercial) to PI (Professional & Institutional); 3) A Lot Line Adjustment to increase the size of the project parcel to 35,723sf.
