Document Description
The purpose of this application is to amend the prior amended conditional use permit # 85-0017 (Western Power Group), to allow biomass fields to be utilized. The existing plant is a 15MW plant, originally constructed to burn manure waste under CUP 85-0017. The plant was later converted to a tire burning facility under Amended Conditional Use Permit 85-0017 (ISG Energy, LLC.), however the plant stopped operating and returned to a manure burning facility.
