Parcel Map to convert existing 2 dwelling units and 4 guest rooms to 4 condominium units having 8 ground level parking spaces contained within 4 two-car garages and approximately 4,625sf of floor area on an approximately 3,153sf site in the R3-1 Zone. As proposed, the project will also require the granting of a Specific Plan Exception to allow a density of 4 units in lieu of 2 units permitted and 8 ground level parking spaces in lieu of 9 required within the Venice Coastal Zone Specific Plan Area. A Project Permit Compliance approval within the stated specific plan area, Coastal Development Permit and Mello Act Compliance reviews will also be required.
