As proposed, the project will also require the granting of a Specific Plan Exception to allow a density of 4 units in lieu of 2 units permitted and 8 ground level parking spaces in lieu of 9 required within the Venice Coastal Zone Specific Plan Area. A Project Permit Compliance approval within the stated specific plan area, Coastal Development Permit and Mello Act Compliance reviews will also be required.
