Document Description
The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works is proposing to construct a 4-acre neighborhood park in two phases. The first phase of construction would include removal of flood control structures on the site, clearing, grading, and new drainage structures. A new parking lot, stairway, walkways, security lighting, open turf play areas, landscaping and an irrigation system would be included in the first phase. The second phase of the park has not been funded at this time, and, would include a new restroom, gazebo, play equipment and a concrete play court/basketball court. The park would be operated by the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation.
