Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2020-0008-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation District 9. The amendment updates the Project Description to include underground
installation of middle-mile broadband network within cut/fill slopes and shoulders and to remove the need for a settling basin and weir at Olancha Creek and installing a 36” temporary diversion pipe with energy dissipaters on the outlet side of the pipe. No additional impact to Fish and Game Code Section 1602 resources.
