- Document Description
- THe Carmelite Sisters have prepared a Master Plan for redevelopment of the campus, which includes demolition of the existing hospital, assisted living building, and skilled nursing center. The Master Plan would involve construction of new skilled nursing facilities as well as assisted living and independent living units. Buildout of the Master Plan is anticipated over 4 phases, and would increase the number of beds from the existing 169 to 360, and increase the building square footage by 229,293 sf to 521,628 sf, not including the potential parking structure. The Master Plan provides an expanded residential community on the campus, while maintaining the existing outpatient functions.
