Community Plan Amendment (CPA), Planned Development Permit (PDP), Site Development Permit (SDP) for Environmentally Sensitive Lands (ESL), Easement Abandonment, Vesting tentative Map (VTM), and Rezone from RS-1-14 to IP-2-1 for a new, 15-story office building with deviations for retaining walls and rear setbacks. The 15-story, above-ground office building would be apprxomately 398,000 square feet. The proposed project also includes construction of a six-level parking structure (one-and-a-half levels subterranean). This development would occur within the approximately 5.29-acre project site. The project is a portion of the larger La Jolla Centre site, and, the project proposal also addresses access needs for the new building and parking structure in the context of the entire 10.82-acre La Jolla Centre site.
