Document Description
Construction and operation of a solar electric facility on 39.2 acres of land leased to the City to the Applicants of an approximately 100 acre parcel owned by the City of Huron. Construction and operation consists of an approximately 20 megawatt emission-free, photovoltaic (PV) electricity generating facility and approximately 700 foot long electrical transmission right-of-way from the site along 12th Avenue to the existing PG&E transmission line located on the east side of S. Lassen Avenue. This transmission line will be above ground. Onsite structures will include on 1,000sf (50ft by 20ft.) concrete pad for the electric distribution line tie-in, a portable office less than 50 ft. by 10 ft. in dimension, and portable restroom facilities.
