Improvements include: (1) demo of existing Marriott Hall, landscaping, marina restroom building, asphalt, and removal of a total of 403 surface/covered parking spaces; (2) construction of new and expanded ballroom and exhibit hall, an outdoor event area, public access corridor improvements, a replacement marina restroom building, and landscaping; and (3) relocation of two existing and addition of two new mechanical cooling towers. Construction will take ~ 20 months.
