Improvements include: 1) demo of existing Marriott Hall, landscaping, overhead north trellis structures, marina restroom building, asphalt, and a total of 408 surface/covered parkign spaces; (2) construction of new and expanded ballroom and exhibit hall, an outdoor event area, public access corridor improvements, a replacement marina restroom building, & landscaping; and 3) relocation of two existing & addition of two new mechanical cooling towers. Construction will take approximately 20 months.
