Document Description
The project includes the construction of a Walmart that would modify the Precise Development Plan adopted for the Wasco Center to allow an increase in the size of one of the buildings from 158,000 to 170,000 sf. The increase in size is requested for the construction of a Walmart that consists of a 24 hr retail and grocery center. The entitlements that are required for the project include a (1) Precise Development Plan approval, and (2) various other local, state, and federal approvals that may be necessary pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
