Combined Development Permit consisting of: 1) a Coastal Development Permit and Design Approval for the extensive remodel of an existing residence and to place three retaining walls (approximately 200 total linear feet) to protect the existing residence from coastal bluff erosion, replace storm drain, and fill eroded drainage channel; 2) a Coastal Development Permit to allow development on slopes in excess of 30%; 3) a Coastal Development Permit to allow development within 750 feet of a known archeological resource; 4) a Coastal Development Permit for development within 100 feet of environmentally sensitive habitat (coastal habitat); 5) a Coastal Development Permit to allow development within 50 feet of a coastal bluff; 6) an Amendment to a previously-approved Combined Development Permit (PLN030325); and grading of approximately 650 cubic yards of fill.
