Document Description
The project involves extending Alton Parkway from Commercentre Drive to Towne Centre Drive, developing the Baker Ranch Planned Community, and altering Borrego Canyon Wash. The project will result in a cumulative total of 5.49 acres of permanent and 0.89 acre of temporary impacts to habitats under the jurisdiction of Fish and Game Code 1600 et seq. The Baker Ranch Planned Community will consist of developing 380 acres into approximately 2,000 single family and multi-family dwelling units, extending retail and commercial uses, parks, trails, streets, and landscaped areas. The phased grading of Baker Ranch Planned Community will permanently fill 0.90 acre of tributaries to the Borrego Canyon Wash.
