Document Description
The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board is using a NEPA EA/FONSI as a Neg. Dec. pursuant to CEQA guideline section 15221. Beale Air Force Base (AFB) approved the original EA/FONSI entitled Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Upgrades at Beale Air Force Base, California, in January 2005. A supplemental CEQA/NEPA document was placed on public notice and subsequently approved 26 July 2010, in part to satisfy CEQA requirements. Beale AFB proposes to modify two primary entry control points, install perimeter fencing, and construct a K-5 pad and fence at the Air Force Combat Ammunition Center.
