Document Description
The project will address problematic erosion in the spillway channel below Philbrook Dam on lands managed by the US Forest Service. PG&E, operator of the dam, will conduct excavation, install channel armoring materials and enhance bank stabilization. The project is to address incision and loss of vegetation in the spillway channel, located between the dam and Philbrook Creek, that have generated accelerated erosion and discharge of sediment to the West Branch Feather River.
