Document Description
Installation and operation of a sewer main within Via Blairo Lane, including 884 linear ft of 8 inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP), with bidding option for use of Polyvinyl Chloride Pipe (PVC), and 299 linear ft of DIP concrete encased pipe, from the existing Via Blairo Lane Sewer Lift Station to Corona Avenue. Via Blairo Lane will be trenched for pipe replacement, and all roadway sections will be replaced in kind. The proposed sewer main will be placed at a varied depth of ~2 ft to 14 ft below the surface. The sewer main will provide a capacity flor of 1,782 cfs. The project also includes construction of associated facilities such as manholes. The proposed underground sewer main is to be located within the existing public right-of-way of Via Blairo Lane and within a proposed 10' wide public utility easement to be located within several residential properties (APN 122491006, 122491005, 122670047). The project proposes a permanent 10' wide public easement to accommodate the underground sewer main and a temporary easement for construction.
